These General Terms and Conditions of contracting and reservation expressly regulate the commercial relationships between TRAMO, SA hereinafter referred to as (TRAMO), and the user who contracts or reserves products/services through the sales platform made available on our website www.hotelcasasagnier.com.
These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, and any other applicable legal provisions.
Users are informed that TRAMO reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of purchase and contracting of products/services at any time, respecting, in any case, the general conditions in force at the time of contracting or purchase made by the user.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
By accepting the terms and conditions, the user declares to be aware of and accept the procedures outlined here as necessary to proceed with the purchase.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES, PRICES
TRAMO informs you that the purchasing and reservation procedure is specifically detailed in a specific section on its web pages, where the type of product/service, specific conditions, and the price will be specified.
TRAMO reserves the right to decide at any time the products and services made available to users, either temporarily or permanently, as well as to vary, without prior notice, the prices of products/services, or the removal or modification of temporary offers on them.
All products/services offered will indicate their price in euros and whether the corresponding VAT or any other applicable tax is included. The prices displayed on the screen will be valid at all times, except for typographical errors. If the price is different due to an error, the customer will be notified via email before proceeding with the charge.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Purchases of products/services will be formalized through our web platforms. To place an order, users must follow the purchasing instructions provided throughout the contracting process. At the end of the purchase, the user can validate the cart with the selected products/services and proceed to choose the payment method to complete the purchase.
PAYMENT SYSTEMS
At the time of selecting the corresponding payment, the platform will display the accepted types so that the user can choose the most convenient one. Payment by credit card will be made through a payment gateway managed by the REDSYS platform, operating on certified secure servers. The entered banking data will be encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's services and subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse. Once the purchase process is completed, the user will receive confirmation that the transaction has been successfully completed.
If the purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the payment card number, the buyer has the right to demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase has been effectively made by the cardholder, and the demand for a refund is not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, the cardholder will be obliged to compensate the entrepreneur for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
Products/services reserved through our platforms, in the "Non-Refundable" mode, will be charged 100% of the offered rate, and cancellation or modification will not be accepted. Cancellation of the reservation is also not allowed in case of non-appearance.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law, which will apply in matters of interpretation, validity, and execution not provided for in this contract. Any dispute will be resolved before the Courts of Barcelona.
